Really the description says it all. If you are a longtime fan of Kelley Armstrong you will really enjoy this series. If not- geez I don't know. Now granted I found Laurell K Hamilton by reading one of her short stories in an anthology but I don't know if non-fans will appreciate the genius of KA just by this book alone. If you've never read any in the series go read Bitten. In my mind Bitten is one of the best paranormal romance books out there. Hell it's one of the best romance books out there. (After Bet Me, of course)

Reading Tales of the Otherworld is like going to a family reunion- you get to catch up with all those cousins you never talk to but really enjoy. You leave thinking- gosh I've got to get in touch with these folks more often. I really like them.
